This free, fan-favorite event was held in celebration of fitness and health, and to spread the message of its benefits to as many people as possible. Over 13,000 people packed the arena to experience what this show was all about.

Over 13,000 people packed the arena to experience what this show was all about.

The BFE had the hottest stars and the fittest bodies, featuring: Shawne "Lights Out" Merriman (outside linebacker for the San Diego Chargers); fit celebrity mom Trista Sutter (from ABC’s The Bachelorette and Dancing with the Stars); fitness supermodel Jamie Eason; MMA athletes Joe "Daddy" Stevenson, Pete "Drago" Sell, Clay "The Carpenter" Guida, Thiago Silva and Jens Pulver (1st UFC Lightweight Champion, Spike TV’s The Ultimate Fighter 5 coach); pro bodybuilders Branch Warren, Mark Alvisi, Kris Dim and Rita Rae; strongman Brian Shaw (winner of 2009 World's Strongest Man Super Series); figure, fitness and bikini pros; plus surprise celebrity guests!

Samples of the newest supplements were handed out by over 50 different manufacturers including: MuscleTech, BSN, Ultimate Nutrition, Scivation, Gaspari Nutrition, VPX Sports, Universal Nutrition, Cytosport, TwinLab, ErgoGenix, Champion Nutrition, MRM and others. Not to mention, a 2010 BFE T-shirt was given away to the first 3,000 people in line each day.

There was plenty of action onstage with the Bodybuilding.com FIT BODY Competition kicking things off Friday night. Over 40 of the Nation’s fittest men and women battled it out for over $1,600 in cash and prizes and a featured spread in top industry publication STATUS Magazine. Idaho’s own Steve Cook and Sundae Marshall took home the prize! There was also the annual Mr. Puniverse Competition (where being puny is in), a Jamie Eason Swimsuit Fashion Show, bodybuilding routines, exhibitions of strength, competitive eating competitions, MMA demonstrations, and a special guest presentation by wheelchair bodybuilder Nick Scott, as well as other surprise acts. There was something for everyone!
